    Super Mario Bros. 2 JP seem more like an expansion than a sequel. So I don’t know why people got all but hurt about it.
    Oh well, we got the game as the lost levels, so it’s all good.

    actually, mouser did make a kind of cameo in Mario rpg. the mouse enemies in the game had the same color pallet and threw bombs.

    SMB 2 is actually one of my favorite Mario games, and the American version of Doki Doki panic is a much improved game from the original with better animations and game play.
