I actually own a copy of Pepsi Man. I have plans to review it but right now I need Japanese ps1 or ps2 to play it. I have play the game on my computer but I have no way to record the game footage.

Just use some screen capture software. There's plenty of OSS and freeware options out there. There's also some that work purely as a layer so you can actually capture in anything you want (like JustinTV or directly in a video editor, for example)
