Today on Gaming with Killatia we take a look at hit rpg for the Gamecube Tales of Symphonia. Now Granted its not often that we talk about role playing games on this review show but I enjoyed Symphonia so much that I wanted to play it once to see if I still enjoy it. The answer? Watch to find out

Niiiice, excited that you made this. I own the Wii sequel (bc it was $10 at a Best Buy) & have yet to play it because I was wondering if I should get the Gamecube prequel.

….aaand it has spoilers.  Well crap, nevermind. lol

Sorry, can't watch the vid. =-/

Sorry to hear that, but there was a part of the story that I felt needed to be talked about. Anywas I do recommend picking it up, playing it, and then watching the review if you agree with me about the part I spoiled.

Not a bad review, but I felt that there could have been a bit more to it.

For one, I was surprised you didn't mention that Tales of Symphonia is a prequel to Tales of Phantasia, the first game in the series. Then there's the sequel, Dawn of the New World (which I personally liked better in many ways).

Though, by what I've heard the only huge change to the PS2 version is that the boss fight against Nebilim is made INSANELY difficult since you can no longer use All-Divides and he's given a new super move.

I did not realized Symphonia was a prequel. I never played Phantasia before, and I was under the impresson that unless it was a direct sequel each tales games are set in there own world.

As for Dawn of the New World, I don't like it. It felt really rushed and took away things that made the original a hit.
