    this is an 8 bit game! how has this not been brought up yet? i’ve heard Roo bring this issue up before when it comes to the turbo grafix but it wasn’t mentioned once in this video. what the hell i feel like i got ripped off, good video though

      This was an April Fools joke, making an excuse to talk about a great NES game. He states that it’s April 1st toward the beginning of the video. Also the title says 8 Bit Gems. I think I might have missed that as well the first time I watched it, but I just wanted to clear up some confusion

    Good review but I wonder what is “racist” about the game? Were Indians and Mexicans not in America at that time, did they not come into conflict with Americans at different times? Its not a spot on historical simulation obviously (I don’t know of any involvment of these peoples in the Civil War), but regardless you shouldn’t be worried about simply saying the word ”Indian” or “Mexican” – people are not THAT sensitive. Great game anyway – you may be right about that control scheme..
